Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from February 07, 2024
As I drive through the charming community of Quaker's Green, I am so excited to call this neighborhood my home! The front of my house has a lovely porch which I can already envision sitting in my rocking chair sipping my coffee and taking in the views of the beautiful landscaping each morning. Stepping inside, the spacious family room offers ample entertainment space for when my family and friends come to visit. The projector and dropdown screen are an awesome feature my home has. Everyone will be able to gather around and watch the game or a good movie! Also, the bay window lets in so much natural light and the updated wood flooring modernizes the space. Down the hall is the heart of the home…the kitchen and dining room! I love how the space is open and perfect for hosting larger gatherings. The kitchen offers ample countertop and cabinet space, and expansive island, open shelving, modern lighting fixtures and tile backsplash. The dining room would allow for an oversized dining table which excites me as I have always dreamt of hosting the holidays at my home. French doors from the dining room lead to the private deck. Outside, the peaceful and private space will be often used, especially during the warmer months. I can picture it now, having the French doors open, cooking a delicious meal, sharing a bottle of wine with my friends and making new memories!

Noxamixon state park is near by where you can fish and go out onto the lake by renting a boat. Bike trails at the park are great. I plan to move back to the area in a few years because family is here and I miss the area. "
