"The public schools are sub-par. The people are friendly. A down-to-earth lakeside community. Convenient location close to ski mountain, multiple lakes, and shopping. About an hour to the White Mountains and a little over an hour to the ocean. Lots of community activities."

"Home is within walking distance to elementary school, with jr high and high school bus provision. Park is approx 10-15 min walk, so is public beach/life guards, on lake Opeechee. Swimming in Paugus bay, is a 5 min walk down the street. Streets are dead ends, so limited traffic and quiet. Great restaurants,a convenience store, and small library within 15-20 min walk. Marinas and golf coarse close by, again within walking distance."
