It was worth it! The neighborhood has improved by leaps and bounds. We've got the college campus now, and the Court Complex, the Suffolk Ballpark, and Touro Law School... a new LIRR station... a great volunteer fire department... kids' sports... the Civic Association... an upcoming Historic group... a local police presence... new condos and co-ops... home-owners at Park Row and College Woods and additional mortgage lotteries... close to Irish Lane park and Museum. I sold my first house, bid on a large foreclosure... and won! So dig in your heels and stay put... houses are going for a song in today's market... bring in more friends you'd be proud to have as neighbors!
