7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHigh School is challenging no matter what school your student attends. We love that Thunderbird High School has a leadership culture where Juniors and Seniors are strongly encouraged to welcome and support the underclass students. In programs like Band and the NJROTC our experience is that Juniors and Seniors actively work to include, mentor, and train the Freshmen and Sophomores. Our experience with teachers and administrators has been excellent. Yes, there have been challenges with assignments and grades, and we have been able to work through each of those challenges with our teachers. The school has many activity options and students are strongly encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities to get the full High School experience. In our experience, Thunderbird has strong family and community support with many social media booster and parent association accounts plus a Thunderbird Parent Association.com website. We feel welcome at sport games and at student performances. We love Thunderbird High School. Go Titans!Parent Review1y ago - Lookout Mountain School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI absolutely love this school and would highly recommend! We have been so blessed that this is our neighborhood school. Lookout Mountain has an amazing Principal, the teachers go above and beyond, and all of the office staff are so nice and incredibly helpful. I'm very impressed with all of their athletics that my children have been involved in. They have a wonderful music program as well, that really inspires the kiddos to learn more about music. We absolutely love the gifted program as well and couldn't be happier that there are additional avenues for our children to be challenged. I cannot recommend this school enough, what a wonderful school to have in our community!Parent Review1y ago - Mountain Sky Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy oldest graduated Mountain Sky last year and had a fantastic experience there. My youngest is there now and has gotten off to a great start. Mountain Sky has accelerated tracks for ELA, math and science, a fantastic music program, great athletics, and caring teachers. I could not have hoped for more for my kids. I highly recommend Mountain Sky Junior High!Parent Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 224 E Eugie Ave.
