"I've lived here for 7.5 years and the Katy Freeway traffic and time to Houston get worse every year. Now, the summer traffic is as bad as the school year's used to be. Too many barking dogs at all hours. Ford F-150s line the streets and families have so many vehicles that we don't have sidewalks, we have sideparks or parkwalks. Where I came from, the cops would spend entire shifts putting tickets under windows. Apparently Texans never heard about parking in front of fire hydrants, either. When I retire, my home should have good resale value...I'm taking the money and moving to The Villages in Florida!"

"It's a beautiful house that has been a wonderful home. Duty calls for the family to move. They hope to lease it to a family that can make it their home for no matter how long of a time they stay. The family love being on the corner by the pool without having to be the maintenance. There are always lifeguards and other crew on duty to keep the area safe and secure. Their children have made many good friends. Most parents communicate to make sure their children and their friends stay in a safe neighborhood. Lovely home! Go visit!"
