The cool fog and the warmer sunny day's are usually very comfortable. Close to the state park and close to HWY.1, gas stations, banks, supper markets, drug stores, and 4 and five star restraints, also junior collage. There are many parks to choose from , within 10minutes ,Dog parks , playground's and Within 5 or less min's from a large park with giant old growth redwood's and mountains plus a small river.
