Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from August 22, 2023
Look Look Look! This location! Close to the downtown river front and city parks/fairgrounds! You won't want to miss this one, a nicely renovated home that's move-in-ready! You would hardly know it was built in 1870 since the renovations were done so well. On the main floor you will find freshly refinished Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors in your main bedroom suite with full bath, a living room with wood burning fireplace, then go down the short hallway to the kitchen/dining combo where you can go outdoors on either side, one side to enjoy a covered deck or the other side to an open concrete patio.
Upstairs you will find 2 nice sized bedrooms on each side of the stairwell and dormer storage bench. Both rooms have a small dormer lookout and good closet space too. The basement has an outdoor walk-up access, has been completely painted and the floors epoxy flake finished. There are so many possibilities here, take a look asap!
