I moved far away from Redding and my experiences from K-8 still haunt me. Kids are just cruel, staff did nothing to help. "While the side roads are very quiet and woodsy, ideal for walking dogs, there is a great deal of wildlife that comes through most areas. This can include coyotes, mountain lions, and bears. Off-leash walkers should avoid early morning, late evening or after dark walking. The abundance of wild natural areas within a few minutes walk is the draw here, but use caution. "
