"We just moved to Farmingville and our neighborhood is very diverse and welcoming. There are a lot of young couples/families living here and the school district is a good one. This neighborhood is unique because it has a lot of farm ranch houses and I love this style of home."

"My home is on one of the highest streets on a dead end cul-de-sac and there are many residents throughout the neighborhood that walk their dogs. The parents of the school aged children will walk the dogs down to the bus stop for friendly little meetings."

"Lynwood Avenue Elementary is a wonderful school with an incredible Principal, amazing teachers, curriculum and PTA! Sachem is a great district. Lots of mom and pop stores as well as being close to major grocery and retail stores. Restaurants and L.I. Expressway near by. "
