So far so good! Pre-K Mrs. Hale seems top notch. Great with kids and proactive style. Technology is utilized well to inform parents of student activities. Fundraising is a focal point here to provide kids with more activities. Well organized. Bus system seems to work well, with nice drivers who keep to schedule. A+

This school feels so segregated when you are actually a student there. To make matters worse, black and Hispanic students have a harder time excelling there. Just look at the test results. Why are black and brown students so far behind their white counterparts when it comes to college readiness and test scores? What is the school doing to close the achievement gap? There was nothing that I could see when I was there. Sending a low income/non-white student there is like a death sentence. What the other reviews are saying is also true. I’m saddened though because I was able to make some good memories there but looking back on my experience there now my eyes are opened to the injustices this school perpetuated.

This school is absolutely horrible. We have had the WORST EXPERIENCE with second grade. The teachers don’t communicate, they expect WAY too much for 8 year olds. The curriculum is horrible the common core math is HORRIBLE

I already left a review but was just reminded of the dress code. At one point administrators were taking kid’s jackets because they were not in dress code. It doesn’t get too cold here but I want to say the week this happened it was in the 50’s. I hate having to be against my kids school but we had to tell them the school is not allowed to take their jackets and if they try they need to call us. Frankly, it’s child abuse. This and the bathroom policy makes me question why I ever sent my kids here at all. Thankfully this year is almost over.

All negative experiences so far. School does not want to help my child with special needs. There is no effort with communication.
