Located on a beautiful tree-lined block in the heart of Lincoln Park in the coveted Oscar Mayer school district, this custom-built extra-wide house was constructed with no expense spared and to the very highest standards. Every inch of this home reflects an unbelievable attention to detail, an elegant balance between its practicality and high design, and a sense of timeless modernity. The second floor has three bedrooms including an absolutely stunning primary suite w/two fully customized and organized walk-in closets and a sumptuous spa bath w/Hydro systems air jet tub and steam shower. The third floor features another bedroom+bath w/steam shower and a fantastic family room w/wet bar and kitchen station. The lower level provides additional flex space w/a large rec room, bath, and two additional bedrooms/offices/workout room. The outdoor space is absolutely unbelievable and includes: a patio/yard w/snow melt and built-in grill off the first level leading to a covered roof terrace above the garage w/TV, surround sound speakers, and heaters; and an incredible roof terrace off the top floor w/another fireplace+TV.
