7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers at this school really care about the children and get to know them personally. I feel like a child can get a good education here, and if they have learning problems, the school will try its best to help. The school leadership is sometimes lacking due to the administrative turnover rate being somewhat high, it seems.Teacher Review7y ago - Mcgraw Secondary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from McGraw many years ago. I moved to NC, went to college and then started a family. I have since compared the schooling everywhere else to McGraw. McGraw has always had a special place in my heart. I have talked with people throughout the years and they are amazed that my graduating class had 28 kids which most of us still have a relationship. We knew all the teachers and the teachers knew us. It is a very intimate and nurturing environment. This is why we moved back to McGraw so our children could grow up in the same environment. Now the kids we went to school with have children that are friends with our children. It makes me feel good that the childhood friends that I grew up with are now watching over my children. It truly is a wonderful school system as well as town. The principals for both schools are caring, compassionate as well as very supportive to not only the students, families but also to the staff. The staff is also very caring, compassionate, and are great role models for our children. I would strongly recommend McGraw to anyone.Parent Review13y ago - Check out schools near 2109 Blodgett Mills Rd.

"The downtown neighborhood is heavily populated with young people ages 21-35~ There is a fair amount of mom and pop eateries and an abundance of nightlife considering the small size of the town. Rent is reasonable but it can be loud on the weekends and at night. "
