Description

Welcome home to the epitome of the Sausalito experience located in the heart of Old Town. This immaculate bay view property is just steps away from the Bridgeway waterfront, bayside eateries, and the commuter ferry that makes San Francisco so accessible. This property couples a blend of modern amenities with a highly functional floor plan following a recent top to bottom renovation. Aside from the picturesque views that are perfectly framed by the oversized dual paned windows, the thoughtful design captures an abundance of natural light both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs entry level features a primary suite with a large walk-in closet and a second bedroom with a murphy-style bed that adds to its versatility as a bedroom, office or workout area. The entire upstairs has an open floor plan ideal for entertaining with a flow that seamlessly leads out french doors to an outdoor deck area. This indoor-outdoor living is what Marin County is known for and is only elevated by the remarkable Angel Island and bay views. Parking is a breeze with offstreet space for 3 cars (two tandem) and an exterior shed providing ample storage. Don't miss the opportunity to own this stunning property in one of Sausalito's most coveted neighborhoods. This is more than a home, it's a lifestyle

"It’s a great neighborhood to walk in but there are not a lot of sidewalks. So you have to constantly listen for cars, which unfortunately are often driven too fast without a lot of considerations for pedestrians.. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 5 years. I'm looking to move into a larger house and I know I want to stay in Sausalito. It's convenient to get to central and northern Marin as well as close enough to SF. Having the water so close by is wonderful!"

"Lots of fun kiddo things to do. Bad grade school (K-5th) public schools. The middle school and high schools are in the next city up ( one exit) and are quite good. Otherwise, the southern marin mothers group is very active here for noms of young kids and there are several fantastic private school for all educational philosophies. Overall, a great city for kids. Lots of tourist activity, but strong neighbor support. Lots of parks public spaces and restaurants that are kid friendly. "
