This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from April 12, 2024
Must see! Great horse property in the desirable Queen Creek community of Orchard Ranchettes. This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home sits on a generous 0.837-acre lot and boasts a finished partial basement with an open area for TV, games, or a pool table. Carpet in all the bedrooms and so much storage. The solar system on the home is owned and generates quite a bit of electricity. There is also a detached 3040-square-foot RV garage/shop, which includes a 40'x16' (640-square-foot) loft space and a car lift. Additionally, there is a 640-square-foot enclosed space downstairs that has a mini-split AC unit and could be used as a man cave, bunkhouse, or additional storage. The beautiful, fenced pool comes with Swim Jets and bubblers and there are fruit trees galore! There is vinyl split rail fencing in back, a large covered patio and gorgeous mountain views, and North-South exposure. The home could use some updates but is priced with that in mind. Your buyers won't want to miss this one!

We are very happy to move to Queen Creek and we are very happy with QCE. The teachers and staff are supportive and QC union school district is leading the education direction for our students of the future.Parent Review3y ago - Queen Creek High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am extremely dissatisfied with this school, which I find to be a complete disaster. The level of bullying my son experienced here was intolerable, and the school's response was grossly inadequate. Despite months of relentless bullying, the students involved faced minimal consequences. Shockingly, the teachers blamed my son, claiming he wasn't social enough, which is unreasonable given the constant verbal assaults he faced from groups of students in various settings, including the classroom, during lunch, and in the hallways. The school's efforts to tackle the bullying issue were minimal. The Head of Special Education, whose qualifications and maturity in handling situations are questionable, contributed to the problem. Her lack of management skills was evident, extending to unprofessional behavior such as snooping in the principal's calendar and making baseless allegations against my son at an MET meeting, without facing any repercussions. Her actions and incompetence are dangerously close to resulting in a severe lawsuit. Having lived in four different states, I can confidently say that this is the worst school district I have encountered, run by a group of the most incompetent and petty adults. I strongly advise against enrolling children at this school.Parent Review2mo ago - Check out schools near 20965 E Mewes Rd.
