"There are lots of dogs here being walked all of the time. If you live in an apartment they are super loud above you."

"Seems like a safe area. Not a lot of what seems to be criminal activity. Regularly see kiddos out walking around. "

"I really like the area but don't always feel as safe as other areas. Parking can be difficult so you need a garage or off street parking to live in this area."
- Andrew B.
- 9y ago
"Clifton lofts residents keep to themselves and are very courteous and kind. The grounds are very clean and the rooftop terrace area is a great getaway. The workout facility is clean and a nice bonus."
- zpjohnstone

"I've lived in Clifton for almost 15 years, in two different houses- One on Payne and one on Vernon. The restaurants and other amenities on Frankfort Avenue are awesome and the train that run alongside Frankfort Avenue not only adds a certain charm, but keeps the concentration of commercial activity in balance with the rest of the neighborhood. Our child is in his 6th year at Field (starting with Pre-K) and has really enjoyed going there. The access to parks is tops, including easy access to Cherokee Park via the Creek walkway/bike path. "
