"Lots of low class people, unsupervised kids, untrained dogs. Almost everyone has a dog or cat. If you love in the right neighborhood you can avoid most of these problems. Not much to do in town especially for teens and young adults. Nice surrounding towns, and parks to explore. Inexpensive living if you buy a home, rent is usually overpriced though. "
