They are punished more than white students. The staff is intentionally trying to put minority students in the system by involving the police on every minor thing that happens. "I grew up in this neighborhood and it’s always been safe and neighbors are friendly. There’s a park and an elementary school nearby and also a couple lakes within a mile or two. There are a few churches nearby and close to Target. and Cub Foods"
