"There are no sidewalks in some areas. However, the dogs are normally on leashes or well tamed. I have never had an issue with dogs. "

"I see people walking their dogs all of the time. There are side walks that make it easy to walk on and you can even walk through memorial park. The only thing is that some house leave their dogs out all of the time, so you have to be careful. Overall the neighborhood is a great place to walk your dog(s) safely. "
