6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would not recommend this school. What is nice is you can send a child to school while living/ working in or close to a major city. Nothing about the school other than convenience make this school or school district for that matter anything special. If your moving to Ohio or this area I would really look at all your options.Parent Review2y ago - Garfield Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWonderfully positive, diverse school community here. Ms. Crawford is a fabulous principal, the teachers are highly experienced, and having a global perspective is a core value. (Note: Harrison’s test scores may be lower on average because English is not the first language of many students.)Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 2060 Halstead Ave.

"i don’t have any kids myself, but I’ve heard that Lakewood has a good school district. I walk around at night regularly by myself and feel mostly safe. I love living here in my apartment and am hoping to purchase a home here or nearby. I would suggest parents with smaller children not live off Clifton since it is so busy and hard to cross if you aren’t near a crosswalk. "
