"I rent a home in this area. Here are my observations: Area is quiet and crime-free; there is NO public transportation( car is a necessity I rent a home in this area. Here are my observations: Pros: quiet, crime-free; farm area; friendly people that you can trust. Cons: no public transportation(a reliable car a necessity); shopping is terrible,closest grocery store is 15mi away; no walking paths on North Road; no CABLE only VERY SLOW DSL and ota TV; very dark at night(NO street lights). No city water or sewer; "
