"I've known the area for many years, and would like to live there. The area is lovely, quiet, and has so many favorable characteristics. Near both Beach and Bay, walking to either is a very nice experience. There is a shopping area that also has couple of restaurants, and is also walkable from many areas of town. Easy short trip to amusements, without actually being in the same town that they are located in. Sunny, bright, and quiet."
