Description

A 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style home close to school with plenty of potential, the living room on the main floor is likely a welcoming area, while the kitchen offers a functional pleasing space for cooking and dining. Three bedrooms on the main floor and a walkout basement offering easy access to the outdoors and potentially adding more natural light to the space. Adding a family room and an additional bedroom in the basement expands the living space and provides extra functionality to the home. Even without a garage. Having a driveway in the backyard offers its own advantages, such as additional parking space and potentially more privacy from the street.

"12-15 minutes through downtown or I can go the long way around up Stone park Blvd. traffic is minimal in almost every part of Sioux City. The worst thing is the lack of planning that seems to happen with City road projects. They need to coordinate the timing better so that not all main traffic ways are down at the same time. Also. The trains in various parts of town can make it difficult during before and after work times. "
