Effectiveness of admin trickles down to the teachers and the students. "I‘ve lived here in Newcastle for the past 15 years. It’s a nice small town within close proximity of Oklahoma City and Norman. City government could stand an overhaul with some younger blood but all in all they do a good enough job. "

"Nothing about my neighborhood is unique. I live on a major road, there's nothing new in the surrounded centers. Pointless antique shops, stores, and restaurants that go out of business because there isn't enough revenue here. "
