"There’s A LOT of dog owners, every yard pretty much has one which could be a constant annoyance depending on the dogs at hand with possible late night barking or if your dogs don’t like the neighbor dogs."

"This is definitely small town living with the city in a drive-able distance. In town we have 4-5 fast food places, about the same number of sit down places, Price Chopper, Dollar Store, Anytime Fitness, and lots of family owned places. "

"We have the Cass County fair every year in Pleasant Hill. Parades happen many times throughout the year and go right through town. We have classic car shows a couple times a year."
