"The neighbors get along well. We do have potlucks periodically. We live close to the campus so during the summer there are concert series as well as the fourth of July celebration. just good people and friends"

"great neighborhood to live in. The infrastructure is finally being updated and neighborhood school getting a complete overhaul. It's looking modern again. It would be nice if the local businesses on Center street could get a face lift. Some of them look bad especially for Center St. being a gateway route. Other than that, it's very diverse and safe. "
