"I think it’s unique because mostly everyone here is respectful and values the concept of privacy. Everything you need is also very close to you such as markets, plaza’s, BART, gas stations, restaurants, etc."

"Traffic is loud, cars go fast -this is an emergency response route and hazardous flood zone. Lots of garbage, on street, some dumping. Homeless shelter and metal recycling are just up the street and lot of homeless on street. Lots of yard dogs. Police are good at response. "
