"This is such a perfect area to live in especially for those looking for their first home. It's ideally located 5 minutes from downtown Omaha and is perfect location from shopping areas. The Walking Bridge is also within walking distance from most residents living in this area. It is safe and one has access to several convenient stores such as HyVee, Family Dollar, JC Penny, and so forth. There is also several restaurants in the area."
