"This is a very rural area, so a car is a necessity. Any decent paying jobs are at least 20 miles away. Hoping the Volvo plant will bring in more businesses "

"The area where I live is growing. Volvo has opened a plant nearby, so the number of homes being built is skyrocketing. This is still a very rural area, so it’s a quiet neighborhood. However, businesses are slowly working their way toward us. Traffic is becoming a problem because there are several two lane highways. The county and state are making some into four lane highways, so that should help."

"This area seems private, because it is. You can have all the privacy that the area offers, and still have great neighbors and cook outs. You just don't have to look at your neighbor six feet from your house. Best of every world. "

"long to downtown. traffic isn't really an issue until Summerville so only added commute is moving traffic "
