"the biggest issue I see is that there are lots, I mean LOTS of stay dogs around this area. there are also another of busy or main roads so that could be a issue if you don't have a fence or a kennel. other dog owners in this area are also not good about picking up after their dogs. on the bright side there are some walking trails and parks in the area. "

"I’ve lived here over 20 years, quite and friendly neighbors; everyone waves when passing or stops to say hi, dogs are everywhere lol so if you don’t like dogs this isn’t the neighborhood for you, we look out for each other always knowing what’s going on, tons of kiddos playing about as well, this is the definition of a family neighborhood "
