The site is not a conventional rectangle to which we are accustomed here in the Midwest. A small section of the land reaches 1000 Lake St which is directly across from the High School which might make this site a great location for a youth centered health care facility or a business which caters to that population or their parents. "I used to live at Hinman & Main for about a year. Both the neighborhood and building I lived in were friendly and I felt very safe even walking my dog at night. The shops and restaurants on Main are delightful. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Truly a gem of an area. One warning: the city parking lots have long waiting lists and parking is not easy."
