In our attachment culled from another site, you will see that 4 of the parcels' Land Use is listed as Industrial (General) and 2 of the parcels' Land Use is described as Vacant Land (General). Currently is there one long building that has spaces being used for car repair and construction, with rolling garage doors opening into the gated parking area. Some of it has working air conditioning and all of it has some heat. There are some bathrooms, office spaces and a small kitchen. There are other structures that have roofs but are open to the elements on the sides. There is fencing all around the site. The site is not a conventional rectangle to which we are accustomed here in the Midwest. However, it could be a terrific place to build something unique and interesting with space for parking as well. A small section of the land reaches 1000 Lake St which is directly across from the High School which might make this site a great location for a youth centered health care facility or a business which caters to that population or their parents. "I used to live at Hinman & Main for about a year. Both the neighborhood and building I lived in were friendly and I felt very safe even walking my dog at night. The shops and restaurants on Main are delightful. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Truly a gem of an area. One warning: the city parking lots have long waiting lists and parking is not easy."
