Halloween festival gets BETTER every year. .Awesome small neighborhood restaurants and shops. The Pensey ,Train is a great community gathering spot. "The area sucks. You basically require a vehicle in order to do anything around here. There isn’t a lot to do nearby and there aren’t really any public areas to enjoy. You have to drive somewhere else in order to receive a good experience and the restaurants nearby do not care at all."

"I have been attacked several times walking in the neighborhood. Many times it’s because no one has a backyard and everyone has a dog. Both times the dogs were not neutered and aggressive. It's the #1 reason I'm leaving this part of the near east side."
