It holds great promise as an urban, family-oriented community with convenient access to downtown, VCU, VCU Medical campus, exciting new eateries,and the 'Market at 25th St' currently under construction."

"I've lived here for 4yrs and crime is high and I'm rising 3 kids. It isn't safe . To many people hangs in the streets and you can't even go to the corner store without being scare of being robbed."
