"The upper part of Junction City is ideal for me to live the lower part has some stuff to be desired if the city would put more effort in bringing more life to the city than all its money into high tech police cars "

  • Christie H.
"Most people in the area have dogs and walk them frequently. There is a pit bull ban so that’s a bad thing, but there is a generous limit on the amount of dogs you can have. "

"We've lived in this neighborhood for nearly three years. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood, made up of primarily military couples. Some have children, others do not, but people are friendly and respect privacy. Many people walk dogs in the evenings while others walk alone. Streets are fairly well-lit with some hills and good walking areas. While we enjoy Junction City and its military ties, we are preparing to retire in Florida. We will miss it here though."

"It's quiet and quaint. Many military families live on our block. Not many trees, but landscaping is natural. Ther is a convenience store and Walmart Neighborhood Market within walking distance with sidewalks all the way there. "
