"Lived here 40 years. Everyone is trying to move here because of the phenomenal school systems private and public. Property tax rate higher Than Denton co. And valuations are creeping towards metro area levels. Supply and demand, need more housing availability. "

"So very quiet and safe. The town is very peaceful with the sounds of church bells every hour. The traffic is low and everything is walkable. It has a very German European feel. And the countryside is very scenic with rolling hills and windmills that mesmerize you as they turn. It has got to be the Best Town in The USA...!"
