"Staying at a small hotel in town after visiting Yosemite. Feels like like a simple 1 street town and is relatively welcoming. Would visit here again. Definitely pay a visit to the restaurant “1850” Awesome burgers and nice staff. "

"We have a small town community that has great events but our homes are situated far apart from each other with large land acreage. The downtown has historical building from gold rush period with Victorian beauties alongside the old red brick. The businesses are local and small with tourism in the summer."
