2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went there for my 7th year only but I loved it there. I now go to UPREP (1st class) but I hated to leave. On my first day at Levey the principle made sure that I wasn't getting left out and making friends. I'm still friends with the people I met there on the first day. Levey was the first school I went to that I actually had to work for my A's instead of just showing up to school. I love the staff and I even had a nickname that they all called me especially my English teacher (she started the nickname). 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school.is the worst elementary school in Southfield. The staff is not properly trained to work with the type of children here (many come from dysfunctional families and broken homes). The Principal does not address the issues with bullying and inappropriate behavior amongst the students. The type of work the children are doing are well below grade level. They are hardly ever challenged. They bus system might be even worse than the school itself. The drivers are allowed curse at the children and play music with inappropriate language. Most of the drivers drive reckless as well. I would not recommend sending a dog to this school. It's the pits. They have a lot of work to do. I would honestly rate this school a (-3). "My neighborhood is great. My children go to school in the area. I have access to all freeways. It is a very nice place to live. We take walks and there is a lot of shopping. My neighbor are great as well. Everyone on my street are very friendly and look out for you. My extrnded family also lives in the area as well "

"Only one of my neighbors has a dog. They are new to the neighborhood. The dog barks at every one it sees, and poops on the grass. Apparently they don't clean up after it because I can smell the poop when I can come out of my house."
