"Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee. All American is the best fast food in town! Beach is a five minute drive. The ocean is only 15 minutes away. NYC is just a short train ride away. People are friendly. "

"Commute is not bad. Centrally locates. Sunrise Highway can get congested with all the lights. Commute in morning better than afternoon. Friday afternoon the most congested in summer when people are heading out East for weekend. Morning commute most congested when school is in session. Long Island railroad into city is great. "
