"Excellent community to raise your children. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of younger families now. Plenty of kids for kids to play with. We love it here. Very friendly people. Safe and slow mph streets. There is a pool club close by. And few minutes drive to Cattus Island Park. Also Skyview park is within the Woodville section. "

"We live on a small street off that run through a dead end. It is perfect. Quiet and off the beaten path. The only people that come down this way are people who live here. Neighbors are friendly and there are lot of children."

"The neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly and watch over each other’s houses. The properties are well kept. It may sound odd but there are sidewalks that you can walk comfortably throughout the neighborhood instead of walking in the road. Safety is so important especially if you have children. "

"There is very limited public transportation throughout the area! One generally must drive most places. Most people use private taxi services but they are astronomically priced. However, now with Lyft and Uber slowly creeping into the area that may soon change. There are 2 bus lines that go to NYC that are reasonably convenient. "
