"I have lived all over in Torrance and it is a good city . I like it . Good place to shop. Safe feeling. It also has great police officers that patrol it. Torrance has done a great job hiding the refinery stuff and oil tanks so you don't have to see them by putting trees around them."

"Our neighborhood is special because it is small; many of the residents have been here a long time and the newest neighbors are a fantastic and welcome addition. We take pride in our community and we look out for each other. It's not fancy, but it is well-maintained and welcoming. It's a great place for kids to grow up and their parents to grow old."
