6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is really awesome. My daughter enjoys attending as she is always looking forward to school everyday. Teachers are awesome and easy to communicate with. The only thing negative to say would be the front staff lady who buzzes you in. She’s extremely rude and always has a bad attitude. She rarely makes eye contact when you speak to her as her eyes are glued on the computer screen. When you ask her a question, her answers are short and not helpful. She really needs to attend a customer service training. As someone working at the front office, you should be approachable and friendly. "Friendly Neighborhood, Due to being right by the Canine Police Station you feel safer. Close to the Ocean, Close to a large variety of shopping centers, and malls, Closes to several different freeways making it easy to go in any direction needed by the way of freeways. "

"I don’t like the coyotes. They scare me and I have a small dog. I don’t like him out at night. We had a cat that disappeared. We can hear the coyotes at night and they sound really close. "

"Multicultural area with a lot of issues regarding poverty and family instability- but if you can find a home in a decent pocket it is quiet, safe, and will probably increasing in value. This is a great area for investment and because it is close to downtown this area will eventually come up."

"I live here and work at home. The neighborhood is very quiet and out of the way of thru traffic. Only residence pass by. Close to gas station, fresh cut flower stand, 2 good restaurants and a few fast food places, 2 small markets and more. Easy on the 94 or 805. "
