"This is a highly desired neighborhood in E. Ogden - close to both the city and many recreational opportunities. There are parks within a couple of minutes walking distance, numerous trailheads within 10-20 minutes of walking, quick & easy access to downtown/shopping/restaurants/hospitals, etc. It is a very walkable neighborhood & you'll see joggers, dog walkers, strollers & everything in-between. I wouldn't consider living anywhere else in Davis or Weber Counties. "

"I have lived in Ogden's east bench for the past 4 years and grow to love it more each day. Such a close proximity to scenic trail s, if you love to hike, bike or run trails this is the place to be. It is also a quiet and family friendly neighborhood with down to earth people. If you are going to live in Ogden, east of Harrison is where you want to be. "
