"The Zimpher neighborhood in Sebastopol is a great little neighborhood. Mostly single level homes that are nicely spaced and well maintained. This area is super walking friendly and close to the biking/walking trail, stores, parks, schools, restaurants, downtown Sebastopol, the movie theater and more. Great Great Great location which is one of the reasons clients of mine have purchased homes in this neighborhood. "
