"Very dog friendly, people are always walking dogs all day long. There hasn’t been any dog attacks though, they are all very good dog owners. Not a lot of dog barking at night either, but plenty of coyote howling."

"Safe area, except for scorpions, rattlers and at night coyotes. The coyotes will steal pets that are left out at night. Cats will help keep the scorpions from infesting your home. Expensive homes, mostly older folk, and families. "

"The Carson is a wonderrful place to live. The Beverly Hills of Nevada! Beautiful views, great outdoor activities, good schools, great activities for seniors, good shopping and entertainment. Lakes, golf courses, ski slopes, hiking trails, parks and lots of activities for the horseman."
