"In my neighborhood, It is definitely dog friendly with no shortage of dog parks and beautiful areas to take your dog on nice long walks . Lots of trees & shaded areas I’d say 90% of the people follow the rules or dog laws ,leash laws & most people pick up after their dogs . However there’s always those few that do not . "

"Fairly easy access to most the highways are very easy. 30 min drive to Fort Lauderdale international(FLL) 45 min to Miami international . The sawgrass expy literally runs on the outer edge of the community ."
