"I still think that many folks throughout the county are underestimating this Amazing community! The schools in this are are 8 and 9s and you can practically own a 3500sqft+ newer home for under well under $1mil. It is so peaceful and quiet and everyone is really nice and friendly. I recommend this community to any families, retirees that like to entertain their grandchildren and anybody who owns a dog! "

"We moved to Eastlake from Kensington (San Diego) 9 years ago and we love it here! Friends thought we were nuts, because they didn't know how nice the area is. With the new 125 freeway open, you can get anywhere you want to be in minutes. Great shopping, beautifully tree-lined streets, immaculate public spaces, Numerous club houses and pools for all residents, neighbors from all walks of life, the place is great!"

"Everything you need is within 10 minutes in the master planned community of Eastlake--movie theatres, shopping mall with Macy's, Anthropology, Apple, REI, Anne Talor, Chico's, Best Buy. A gret selection of restaurants awaits you. Eastlake Vistas has 2 swimming pools, 2 club houses, a catch and release pond, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a recreation center with fitness room, and basket ball court. The airport or to downtown San Diego are just minutes away."
