8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has a terrible bullying problem and the policies are too passive. The admin also thinks they co-parent with you. Watch your kids folks because the admin in this school also hides issues your kids have in school from you but they call it “helping your kids be independent”.Parent Review8mo ago - Munhall Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 5th graders teacher is awesome! So 5 out of 5 stars for her. The staff is very friendly, the new principle is nice but he's shy or an introvert. He never seems to have the time to talk to you. I LOVE that he's out there directing the traffic at the end of the day. We've needed that for years! As far as special ed, I think that needs some work. The teachers are good but I feel the only do the minimum with special ed kids. They need more teachers so the kids get more one on one learning.Parent Review7y ago - St Charles East High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHaving graduated a while back, 12 years at the time of this review, my experience was not good with this school during the time I attended. When I attended, it was super common that kids that struggled or were being difficult were diagnosed as having some type of mental illness and put into special education classes. While true in some cases, was not in the slightest for most.I was one of these students that struggled as I came from a family that didn't speak English at home. As a result of family pushing back against the schools insistence of putting me in special education classes, I was constantly harassed by staff and pulled to the office for any reason they could find. Afterwards, I went on to college and maintained a 4.0 during my years there after receiving the support STCE was never willing to offer. My best experience of the STCE was walking out the door right after graduating knowing I never had to come back.Other Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 1632 Lucylle Ave.
