"Easy highway access, close to downtown. Traffic isn’t any crazier than any place else locally. Plenty of side roads to access. Lots of places nearby for local restaurants and shopping centers. I love this area "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and it's a pretty quiet area. It's dog and kid friendly. We can easily get a safe 3-4 mile walk in the area without crossing any busy streets. It's a great location with large well kept lots and new houses nearby. "

"Great neighborhood, respectful neighbors, not a lot of young kids, lots of empty nesters. Yards are mostly well kept and most people do not park on the street. People are regularly upgrading their yards and homes."
