"My family and I have owned a home on Cocheco Ave for 8 years. Safe, clean and quiet, its been a great neighborhood to raise our family. Playgrounds and parks all close by, no thru traffic with plenty of kids playing around outside. Numerous homes have been renovated and updated, with four new homes built in the past few years. Great school and plenty of shopping choices all within a short drive."
