"I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and leaving it wasn’t my choice (family tragedy). The houses are older but i felt most at home in it. Dogs are welcomed and there are plenty of kids to play with. Your neighborhood Fry’s is around the corner as well. Majority of the neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. "

"There are always people walking their dogs, but many owners don’t pick up after their dogs when they poop. And sometimes they aren’t on leashes even though they’re supposed to. "

"My neighborhood has easy access to busses and is only a few miles to the light rail to get to Phoenix without driving. It is also a quick 15 minute drive to the airport for business ventures. "
