"commute is less than 5 minutes. traffic isn't too bad. Lunch time and closer to 5 in the evening is when the traffic gets worse off. plenty of places to stop and get food and or gas if need be. Grocery stores all over town for household needs. cannot complain"

"Seeing well behaved dogs that are escorted by the owners. Friendly neighbors who will look after you and your pet or pets. I can truly say that you don’t have to worry about anything, it just that some of the younger generation will from time to time walk across your yard to get to the next street. "

Very save, high on charm, blocks from the City Park, very walkable, kid and pet friendly with great and diverse neighbors, very quiet in the evenings as most homes are family occupied. The schools here are also the best in the city! Also just a quick walk to shopping and dining downtown!"
